Fellows

The Institute’s primary method to implement its mission is to identify critical but under-studied research questions, assemble an appropriate interdisciplinary team to address the issues, and support their collaboration. The leaders of NEI initiatives become Fellows and are selected by invitation only, after a confidential vetting process. A fellow’s research program is funded, typically for a term of two to four years.
